Digital transformation requires data literacy

Airbnb invests in its own Data University to make its entire workforce more data literate. From operational users to Data Scientists it requires this breadth and depth of training to be a digital transformer.

For Insurers, Banks, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturers- never mind your sector, if you are under threat from nimble digital disrupters you have to have this commitment across the organisation.

Or at least enough skills and resource to be able to partner in confidence with an Insurtech, Fintech, Healthtech, Mantech digital platform vendor to digitally transform your enterprise.

Take a leaf out of Airbnb's book.
